I plan to do a few silver bella posts - it was wonderful. Seeing old friends, making new ones, creating and just BEING around like minded people is just such an amazing high. I kept a mini journal the whole time which I am excited to share that with you in a bit... for now I will start with the classe projects I came home with.
I really adored my classes this year and what I created in them - and I finished all except for a few final touches needed here and there.
My first class was Cigar Box Assemblage with Rebecca Sower - she is just such a pleasure to be around and I love how her classes are easy to stay on track while creating in your own style if you wish.

Then I had Lineage of Love with Pam Garrison - who gave us kits to create a full one, but I wanted to use photos of me and Mike and our parents.

The next morning started with Rebecca Sower again, this time her Hodge Podge Journal class - which, with the huge journaling kick I have been on, I loved.

Next up - Bundle up Birdie with Jennifer Murphy (who is just so nice and fun - her projects were amazing! I still cannot believe I made this!) This project still needs a few final touches, but you get the idea.

My last class was with Kaari Meng, who was really fun to have a class with. I took a charm bracelet class, but I do not like really chunky jewelry so mine came out simple and sweet (at least I think so, I think some people thought I was crazy!) and alas, I did not get a photo of it to share.
So I will do another post sharing the mini journal I made in the next few days... in the meantime, there were lots of local (to me) bellas there this year - please forgive me if I am leaving anyone out - but be sure to stop by and see their bella posts
Andrea, Amy, Cammy, Kelli, (and Jen who is an honorary local girl, Karla too!) Gabrielle, Sue, Robin, Pam, Lorraine (no blog for her though!)... hmmm is that it? I was sure there were more of us! Also, you can see all my photos by clicking here.
More soon!
