p>I had another play date recently - after recording my art journaling podcast for Tranquility Du Jour, Kimberly asked if I wanted to get together and journal - and how could I turn that down?! I headed to her place the other day - loaded up with bag full of supplies - including a little ringed journal kit I put together for her (she really wanted to use her new crop-o-dile).
We set out all our stuff amongst bowls of fresh fruit (yum!) and got to work:
I had some leftover prints that I used to sell in the shop - 5x7 on single weight matte board so I thought one would make a great cover:
She collaged her inside cover, then punched holes in her covers and pages:
I collaged her back cover for her - the back cover was the back of an old music book:
Even Louis took part in the fun:
We agreed it was good for our soul, and plan to try and do it every few months. You can see more photo's on her blog HERE.
