It is that time of year again! Last year I had such a great time creating a December Daily and using it to hold the answers to reverb10, which was a group sending out daily questions throughout the month of December that helped you reflect on the past year and help manifest what was to come next. Unfortunately, I am uncertain as to the status of that project for 2011. So, I my backup plan is to use the same questions as last year - which would actually be interesting to compare my answers to the year before. The other option I was considering was doing my own questions, and sharing them here with you - I guess I better decide soon since December is almost upon us!

I made my pages in the same vain as last year, having a lot of fun with them...
Some pages fold out or open up, or even have elaborate backsides...
But you will have to wait to see all those fun bits until I start posting my competed days...
I did have a lot of fun this year making the pages,
and cannot decide which is my favourite.
I wanted to keep the same size book (a small 7 Gypsies book cover), so I used the same size and style cover that I did from 2010.
This one has a secret compartment hidden amongst this ladies skirt - it opens up to a pocket that I can add/change the contents of from the inside cover of the journal:

do you write directly on these pages for the particular day or are these just the day dividers/tabs?
i am thinking of doing this..."thinking" is the operative word...lol!

I just signed up via Gwen Bell's website (saw on twitter via kaileenelise) for the Reverb 11 questions, so it looks like its a go! Love this album. I will be doing my first Dec Daily album ever & will post soon.

Take a peek at my finished spreads for dec daily from last year - you can see I used paper in between (moleskine scraps) each day-page I made - but I also add to the day-page in some cases as well:

Oh good - glad to hear that kaileenelise tweeted it, that seems promising. I have been signed up for the reverb11 mailing list though gwen bell but have not heard a peep so I was worried.
I did go and find all last years prompts, so worst case I will be using those again for this year, and posting them here daily as well for others to follow along!

I wanted to share that I've decided to do something a little crazy and dive in and host my own #reverb thingy this year, now that Gwen Bell is not hosting it.

The front is so pretty.
I also am doing a December journal but for me it is my first time and excited to fill it and then look back on the memories we have made as a family..the highs and the lows.
